مرحباً بكم في يميزاد (Yamizad) (يشار إليه بـ "التطبيق")، وهو تطبيق للهواتف المحمولة مصمم لأولياء الأمور لإدارة اشتراكات صناديق الغداء وتتبع الوجبات اليومية للأطفال والمعلمين.

توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع بياناتكم الشخصية واستخدامها ومشاركتها وحمايتها عند استخدام التطبيق. نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتكم وخصوصية الأطفال والأفراد الذين تديرون ملفاتهم الشخصية في تطبيقنا.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

نقوم بجمع المعلومات التي تقدمونها لنا مباشرة، والمعلومات التي نجمعها تلقائياً، والمعلومات الواردة من أطراف ثالثة لتقديم خدماتنا وتحسينها.

أ. البيانات الشخصية المقدمة من أولياء الأمور (المستخدمين)

• تسجيل الحساب: الاسم الكامل، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور.
• المصادقة عبر أطراف ثالثة: إذا قمت بالتسجيل أو تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google Sign-In أو Sign-In with Apple، فإننا نتلقى بيانات المصادقة مثل المعرف الفريد الخاص بك، واسمك الكامل، وبريدك الإلكتروني.

ب. بيانات المستفيدين (الأطفال والمعلمين)

بصفتك ولي أمر أو صاحب حساب، يمكنك إضافة ملفات شخصية للأطفال أو المعلمين لإدارة اشتراكات وجباتهم. نحن نجمع:

• معلومات ملف الطفل الشخصي: الاسم، العمر، الجنس، الصف الدراسي، اسم الفصل، وصورة الملف الشخصي (اختياري).
• معلومات ملف المعلم الشخصي: الاسم، العمر، الجنس، وصورة الملف الشخصي (اختياري).
• تفاصيل المدرسة: اسم المدرسة ومعرف المدرسة (School ID).
• البيانات الصحية والغذائية: حساسية الطعام (مثل الفول السوداني، منتجات الألبان، الغلوتين، البيض، المكسرات، الصويا، الأسماك، القشريات، أو الحساسية المخصصة) والإرشادات أو الملاحظات الخاصة.
• حالة الوجبة وتفضيلاتها: سجلات تتبع التوصيل، الوجبات المفضلة، وتفضيلات الطعام.

ج. المعلومات التي نجمعها تلقائياً

• معلومات الجهاز والنظام: نظام التشغيل، نوع الجهاز، إصدار النظام، والمعرفات الفريدة للجهاز (عبر أدوات معلومات الجهاز القياسية في Flutter).
• بيانات الاستخدام: تفاصيل تفاعلاتك مع التطبيق، والتنقل بين الشاشات، وسجلات الأداء.
• رموز إشعارات الدفع: رموز إشعارات الدفع المستخدمة عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال تحديثات الوجبات والتنبيهات.

٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية:

• تقديم الخدمة: معالجة الاشتراكات، وإدارة توصيل صناديق الغداء إلى المدارس، وتتبع الوجبات اليومية.
• التواصل: إرسال التحديثات، الإشعارات، رموز التحقق لمرة واحدة (OTP)، ورسائل دعم العملاء.
• التخصيص: تخصيص الجدول الزمني لتتبع الوجبات وإدارة فلاتر حساسية طعام معينة لضمان سلامة الطفل أو المعلم.
• الأمان والمصادقة: التحقق من الحسابات، والحفاظ على سلامة النظام، ومنع الاحتيال.

٣. مشاركة المعلومات

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نحن نشارك معلوماتك فقط في الحالات التالية:

• المدارس وشركاء تقديم الطعام: تفاصيل الملف الشخصي (الاسم، الصف، الفصل، المدرسة) ومتطلبات حساسية الطعام يتم مشاركتها مع المدارس الشريكة ومقدمي الوجبات لضمان إعداد وتوصيل الوجبات بشكل صحيح وآمن.
• مزودو الخدمات: نشارك البيانات مع مزودي الخدمات من الأطراف الثالثة الذين يساعدون في الاستضافة (مثل مستضيفي الخلفية المخصصة)، ومصادقة المستخدم (Google, Apple)، وإشعارات الدفع (Firebase)، ومعالجة الدفع.
• الالتزام القانوني: إذا كان ذلك مطلوباً بموجب القانون أو الأنظمة أو الإجراءات القانونية لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامتنا أو ممتلكاتنا.

٤. معالجة المدفوعات

يتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات عبر الإنترنت (للباقات مثل الاشتراكات الأسبوعية، الشهرية، الفصلية، أو السنوية) من خلال بوابات دفع آمنة تابعة لأطراف ثالثة. نحن لا نخزن بطاقتك الائتمانية أو بيانات اعتمادك المالية على خوادمنا.

بوابات الدفع المستخدمة: مدفوعات آمنة عبر الإنترنت تتم معالجتها عبر مصرف الراجحي (بنك الراجحي) (يدعم مدى Mada، وApple Pay، والبطاقات الائتمانية والخصم المباشر).

٥. خصوصية الأطفال

يتيح التطبيق لأولياء الأمور إنشاء ملفات تعريف للأطفال. التطبيق ليس مخصصاً للاستخدام المباشر من قبل الأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً (أو سن الرشد القانوني في بلدك).

• نحن نجمع معلومات الطفل فقط (الاسم، المدرسة، الصف، الحساسية) مباشرة من ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني.
• من خلال إدخال بيانات الطفل، فإنك تقر وتضمن بأنك ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني ولديك الصلاحية الكاملة لمشاركة هذه المعلومات.
• إذا كنت تعتقد أننا جمعنا بيانات مباشرة من طفل دون قصد دون موافقة الوالدين، يرجى الاتصال بنا فوراً.

٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وأمنها

• الأمان: نطبق تدابير أمنية متطورة، بما في ذلك تشفير HTTPS/TLS لمكالمات واجهة برمجة التطبيقات والتخزين الآمن (مثل Keychain/Keystore عبر flutter_secure_storage لبيانات الاعتماد)، لحماية بياناتك.
• الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك وبيانات الأطفال والمعلمين طالما كان اشتراكك نشطاً أو طالما كان ذلك ضرورياً لتقديم الخدمة لك.
• حذف الحساب: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع بيانات المستفيدين المرتبطة به في أي وقت عبر التطبيق.

٧. حقوقك

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في المملكة العربية السعودية، لديك الحقوق التالية فيما يتعلق ببياناتك الشخصية:

• الحق في العلم: الحق في معرفة كيف نقوم بمعالجة بياناتك والأساس النظامي لذلك.
• الحق في الوصول: الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية والحصول على نسخة منها.
• الحق في التصحيح: الحق في طلب تصحيح أو تحديث أو إكمال أي بيانات شخصية غير دقيقة أو ناقصة.
• الحق في الإتلاف: الحق في طلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية وملفات تعريف الأطفال أو المعلمين الذين تديرهم عندما لا تعود هناك حاجة إليها.
• الحق في سحب الموافقة: الحق في سحب موافقتك على معالجة البيانات (مثل إلغاء الاشتراك في الإشعارات) في أي وقت.

Welcome to Yamizad (the "App"), a mobile application designed for parents to manage lunch box subscriptions and track daily meals for children and teachers.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the children and individuals whose profiles you manage in our App.

We collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties to deliver and improve our services.

A. Personal Data Provided by Parents (Users)

• Account Registration: Full name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Third-Party Authentication: If you sign up or log in using Google Sign-In or Sign-In with Apple, we receive authentication data such as your unique identifier, full name, and email address.

B. Beneficiary Data (Children and Teachers)

As a parent or account holder, you may add profiles for children or teachers to manage their meal subscriptions. We collect:

• Child Profile Information: Name, age, gender, grade, class name, and profile photo (optional).
• Teacher Profile Information: Name, age, gender, and profile photo (optional).
• School Details: School name and School ID.
• Health and Dietary Data: Food allergies (e.g., Peanuts, Dairy, Gluten, Eggs, Nuts, Soy, Fish, Shellfish, or custom-defined allergies) and special instructions/notes.
• Meal Status and Preferences: Delivery tracking logs, favorites, and meal preferences.

C. Automatically Collected Information

• Device and System Information: Operating system, device type, system version, and unique device identifiers (via standard Flutter device info tools).
• Usage Data: Details of your interactions with the App, screen navigation, and performance logs.
• Push Notification Tokens: Push notification tokens used via Firebase Cloud Messaging to send meal updates and alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: Processing subscriptions, managing lunch box deliveries to schools, and tracking daily meals.
• Communication: Sending updates, notifications, OTP verification codes, and customer support messages.
• Personalization: Tailoring the meal tracking timeline and managing specific food allergy filters to ensure child/teacher safety.
• Security & Authentication: Verifying accounts, maintaining system integrity, and preventing fraud.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only under the following circumstances:

• School and Catering Partners: Profile details (name, grade, class, school) and food allergy requirements are shared with partner schools and catering providers strictly to ensure correct meal preparation and delivery.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who assist in hosting (e.g., custom backend hosts), user authentication (Google, Apple), push notifications (Firebase), and payment processing.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Payment Processing

All online payments (for packages such as Weekly, Monthly, Semester, or Yearly subscriptions) are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or financial credentials on our servers.

Payment Gateways Used: Secure online payments processed via Al Rajhi Bank (بنك الراجحي) (supporting Mada, Apple Pay, and credit/debit cards).

5. Children's Privacy

The App allows parents to create profiles for children. The App is not intended for direct use by children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction).

• We only collect child information (name, school, grade, allergies) directly from the parent or legal guardian.
• By inputting child data, you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian with the authority to share this information.
• If you believe we have inadvertently collected data directly from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention and Security

• Security: We implement security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for API calls and secure storage (e.g., Keychain/Keystore via flutter_secure_storage for credentials), to protect your data.
• Data Retention: We retain your account and child/teacher data for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide you with the service.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated beneficiary data at any time.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Know/Be Informed: The right to know how we process your data and the legal basis for it.
• Right to Access: The right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it.
• Right to Correct/Update: The right to request the correction, updating, or completion of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to Destruction/Deletion: The right to request the deletion of your personal data and the profiles of children/teachers you manage when they are no longer needed.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw your consent to data processing (e.g., opting out of push notifications) at any time.
